1-1/2% interest amount will be charged on the delinquent amount per month or ANY portion of a month.
There is a $25 processing fee per parcel, in addition to any accrued statutory interest, for each check that is returned by the taxpayer’s bank for any reason.
There is a $5.00 duplicate bill fee (per bill) for all non-original bills requested by a 3rd party. (This includes requesting the bill in person, over the phone, via email, or printing the bill from the Treasurer’s website). A separate check for the duplicate bill fee is required.
