About Us
The Williamson County Public Defender’s Office provides legal representation to any person charged with a criminal offense where incarceration is a possible sentence and to any person named as a party in a juvenile court proceeding, who are financially unable to hire an attorney. Representation begins only after appointment by the Court. The office is staffed by five full-time licensed attorneys.
