Public Defenders

The Williamson County Public Defender’s Office provides legal representation to any persons charged with a criminal offense where incarceration is a possibility or to those persons named as a party in a juvenile delinquency or neglect petitions in juvenile court who are unable to retain a private attorney. Representation begins only after the appointment of counsel by the court. The office is staffed by four full-time licensed attorneys.
